The Ironman

The Ironman is:

  • A 2.4-mile swim

  • A 112-mile bicycle ride

  • A marathon (a 26.22-mile run)

performed in that order, without a break.

On Oct. 9, 2016, our Jake Beausay excelled and powered through the Louisville Kentucky Ironman in 11 hours, 21 minutes. It is estimated that less than .01 percent (one in 10,000 people) have successfully completed an Ironman triathlon.

IronManFinishing an Ironman is a remarkable achievement. But the triathlete will tell you that most of the work involved in the ironman is not the event itself, but the hours, days, weeks, and months of rigorous training preparing for it.

So it is in preparing for trial. The trial is the event that we prepare for from the day we accept a case for our clients.

We bring that same discipline and hard work to every case we handle. Many lawyers can handle simple personal injury cases, but very few handle them well.

Our goal is to maximize your settlement as quickly and efficiently as we can, while at the same time giving you all the time you need to recover from your injuries. If we cannot obtain a fair settlement for you, we will walk into any courtroom and present your case with the same discipline and drive it takes to be in the top .01 percent.
